A Walk In The Park

The great plays put on by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) and the delightful Lithia park are two of the many wonders of Ashland, Oregon. Lithia Park gets its namesake from the lithium (used for treating certain mental illness, especially the manic phase of bi-polar syndrome) found in the water, which you can sample at the public fountain at the base of the park.  The park offers a nice stroll along the creek where there are plenty of photogenic scenes. That old learning rhyme, April showers bring May flowers, proved true in splendid color during my visit this Spring. Below is a selection to photos I took on the stroll:
